Just curious what reviews are on this site
Not quite sure but there is no one that you can get ahold of but the billing office. I am looking for a specific person and I have her number but she's not answering the phone for 2 days
It is impossible to get in touch with their billing department. There is no website for payment. The fee seems to be very high, even with good insurance coverage.
Edit: I received a call from a wonderful lady in the actual anesthesia office. She was so helpful. She told me that they are now using a different billing office. I appreciate her time and helping me with my account. For this reason I changed the amount of stars. The only reason I gave one star is because the actually anesthesiologist are great. The billing office is useless. They never answer their phones, take longer than 24 hours or more to get back to you. After 7 separate phone calls to get our insurance changed, it was... read more
I would LOVE to know who runs the billing office. I've left NUMEROUS voicemails with no return calls. This cowardly office turned me over to collections after I have been making monthly payments in an agreed upon amount. I have never missed a payment and yet, I've been turned over to a collection agency. I can get no one to call me back to clarify why AND I can get no one from their debt collector, Azar and Azar to call me back. What a terribly run office and a scam.
