Excelente servicio de mantenimiento. 100% satisfecha! Mi estufa tenía problemas con los quemadores ya tenía un quemador que no lo podía usar por inseguridad y peligro. Habían venido a revisar la estufa tiempo atrás y el problema continuaba viendo q era peligroso seguir con este problema. I had the displeasure of living at this place, don’t be fooled by the good reviews, unsure how they got those. This place is roach infested and no matter what measures I took I could never get rid of them. They live in the walls as these are very old structured apts. The pest control guy made it seem like it was an inconvenience every time I requested pest control to come, then they eventually stopped coming without notice even after I continued requesting them to come. She made my experience for getting through the process very easy. She also answered the phone even when she didn't need to, to make sure that all my needs were met.
