The gate is always locked, when I go to get stuff out of my storage unit. I try emailing, and calling and no one answers.
Very bad customer service. Coded padlock on gate and code doesn't work tried 4 times. Now trying to get my money back so I can go elsewhere and they don't want to help me. Filing a report with the BBB
