Seriously, best preschool ever. Just amazing. I still can't believe how much my two children learned at MCHS, and I'm not just talking about academics, although that was very impressive. I'm also talking about the development of a sense of personal responsibility, empathy, leadership skills, and self-confidence. The children here learn how to think for themselves and how to be respectful of authority too. The staff are all really well-trained with AMI diplomas and some of them have masters degrees too! MCHS is a great school. The location is beautiful - it is a paradise in the middle of Dallas. The teachers are awesome, the Director is caring and hard-working, the front-desk administrator is a gem of a person. I highly recommend this school.

My son was at MCHS from age 4 to age 6 and thrived. He was more than ready for first grade at Lamplighter when he graduated. The guides are all wonderful and the building and grounds are beautiful. For all that you and your child get, the tuition and before/after care are a bargain. Highly recommend.

This school is a hidden jewel in East Dallas. We have two children currently attending and could not be more satisfied with well-trained, patient staff and administration. Wonderful early-childhood experience! Like most small schools, parental involvement is crucial. Right now, about 30% of the parent population is involved on a regular basis. Hopefully this will improve after the new building is completed.

We love this school! MCHS really is as amazing as the other reviews say. The Montessori approach is really special, and it totally makes sense based on what we really know about child development and how the brain works.

Best Pre-School ever... Outstanding quality guides (teachers in Montessori speak), environment, and care. I had no Montessori knowledge when we started. I just had a good feeling about the guides and leader of the school. My daughter just scored as high as you can on entrance testing for two of the top schools in Dallas. This is one of best Montessori schools in the Dallas area. Beautiful grounds and building-you forget you're in the middle of Dallas. The staff is highly trained and incredibly knowledgeable. MCHS provides one of the only scientifically validated preschool educations (children have demonstrated a greater degree of academic success after receiving this type of initial experience)-although, not all Montessori schools are created equally.
