Our Chef was born in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy and offers several house specialties which currently include: Wild Boar with gnocchi Red Snapper Livornese Swordfish alla Caponata Veal or Beef Osso Bucco Homemade Pastas With our recently renovated private party space please inquire about having your event with us up to 50 sit down. We also offer a tasting menu for $45 per person that includes various appetizers, homemade pastas, entrees and desserts

RecommendedI've been to Monte's on multiple occasions. The food is always consistently phenomenal. Peter, his father and everyone at the restaurant are very nice people who take a lot of pride in operating this long running family businesses. I hope this restaurant is here for the next 50 years and looking forward to many many more meals!

There are not many places left of this high caliber and tradition. A truly family owned and run business that is far more. This is a place of love. The food and the people are as beautiful as they can be. Unearthly happiness and welcoming on each visit. If asked where to go in NYC, this is NUMBER ONE on my list!
