Armando was super quick to help me out and order some dope toe rings. The selection they have available to order is fire and he hooked me up with some great options. The shop is clean, well kept, organized, and stocked with great gold and silver options. Very affordable and friendly! Ended up going with the one he suggested, which looks gorgeous! Went into Montes Jewelry for the first time with my family after being recommended and seeing their beautiful pieces on Instagram. Let’s just say it did not disappoint! Diego was amazing , very knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. He made sure to show us items that were around our budget and really took the time to help us find what we liked. Came in to get a bracelet repaired a link came undone. The kind gentleman at the counter told me that honestly it couldn’t be soldered due to the design and because I had the link he could fix it there for me. He did not charge me and polished it up also. Was very helpful kind and honest, will definitely be back if I need to buy any jewelry soon! Highly recommend
I absolutely love this place! My first experience here exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was welcoming and professional. A huge shoutout to Diego, who went above and beyond by fixing my chain for free it really showed how much they care about their customers.
