RecommendedThis apartment complex is the best! It's so clean and new inside, and it's within walking distance to so many things! And the customer service for this property is the best! Sarah Beadle is so helpful and very quick to respond. She really does help with everything and will take the time to walk you through any questions you have. She's the best! I'll miss living at Montero!
I love living in this community . Neighbors are friendly, it’s clean and quiet and close to shopping , restaurant, etc . Management is great too !

It should be noted Montero at Dana Park did not exist prior to April/May 2018. Any review prior does not reflect that of the current property management of Montero at Dana Park but of its predecessor San Montero. They are very different and only reviews made after April/May 2018 should be taken into account when deciding to live at this residence.
I loved every minute of living there , great swimming pool too
