I've lived at this place for years moved away and then moved back even though I know the increase in rent is like outrageous but they clean really well they take care of the properties really well the staff I mean they're they're better than any stuff that I've been living at other places and they take care of the attention of your apartment like if you go down there and need something fixed they'll fix it right away so yeah I I will live here more than any other apartment in Rancho and and any in San Bernardino county

I walked in to view the apartments, the one worker was beyond rude. I heard her in the phone. I made my presence known but she acted like I wasn't there. She kept talking on the phone. I waited for 5 minutes before I asked her how long she would be? She was rude kept talking on the phone. Customer service not good at all. I left, I figured I would spend my time and money where I'm actually seen and not ignore. If you see her red hair smokers voice with glasses. Mid 50s. Good luck to you if you get her attention.

I want to give a big thank you to Daniel Cruz, our maintenance man here at Monterey Village Apartments (National CORE). I was locked out of my apartment on a hot Saturday afternoon, and even though he was working at another site, Daniel came through for me without hesitation. He was so courteous, polite, and professional, and had me back inside in no time. I truly appreciate his quick response and outstanding service, especially going out of his way on a weekend. Thank you, Daniel — you’re the best!
