I want to give a big thank you to Daniel Cruz, our maintenance man here at Monterey Village Apartments (National CORE). I was locked out of my apartment on a hot Saturday afternoon, and even though he was working at another site, Daniel came through for me without hesitation. He was so courteous, polite, and professional, and had me back inside in no time. I truly appreciate his quick response and outstanding service, especially going out of his way on a weekend. Thank you, Daniel — you’re the best!
Monterey has great service! The office staff, Chris welcomed me with a smile and provided me with plenty of information! I would love to live here!
