REAL TENANT HERE ! MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE! ROACHES THE VERY FIRST DAY WE GOT THE KEY AND HAD TO PAY FOR A REAL EXTERMINATOR, MOLD ON EVERY VENT (PICTURES SHOWN) FAKE RENOVATIONS THAT ARE JUST COVERING UP MOLD, MAINTENANCE IS NON EXISTENT DO NOT WALK RUN AND I MEAN RUN AWAY
DO NOT RENT UNLESS YOU WANT AN ADDITIONAL $100-200 on your bill that you did not agree to. As a current resident I wanted to warn anybody interested in this place. DON'T BE!! Unless you want to pay an additional $100+ for your water & sewer. I'm 1 person, no way I should be paying that much since they changed providers. I originally liked this place and Lorena is great but everything other than the physical apartment is bogus. Maintenance doesn't even come unless you have an emergency, otherwise you might as well fix it your... read more

Ohhh, was sooo scared to view the apt after we entered into the gates. Entire complex could use an entire facelift! Went to where the model was and the corridor was dirty, dusty, and apparently not show worthy. The models were rundown looking and had no appeal. None whatsoever.
Carlos is the best maintenance man on the block really on point and get the job done!! He is really the reason why I decided not to leave thanks my guy
