It has come to my attention that our newest Property Manager, Quala, will be leaving soon. I cannot believe it. This property has seen some really hard times and she is a breath of fresh air. I was beginning to feel the turnaround. If you are new, you have NO IDEA what she walked into. The management office consistently fails to answer phone calls on any of the listed numbers. This is not an occasional issue — it happens every time I try to call. I’ve tested this by calling while standing outside the office, only to walk in and find staff sitting inside, ignoring the phone. This lack of responsiveness is completely unacceptable and makes it impossible to handle even basic questions or requests without physically going to the office.
