Unprofessional people. They send you written notes to sue you once you live at one of their properties. 🤣🤣🤣 But never fix anything right away. They only want money, but don't fix anything. Not to mention the on site property "manager" that thinks she is the owner of all the apts. She acts like a security guard watching all your moves. 🤣🤣🤣
I've done work with as a sub didn't get paid and the lady rep doesn't give a fresh toast. She's said. Doing last Christmas time. It's not cool. So I'm owed.

Cannot begin to describe my frustration with this business. Completely unreliable. Stay away from these slumlords
I lived in one of their properties downtown HB for like 6 years and they were the best property management I've ever known. They took care any maintenance needed very quickly. And they were always really nice and courteous everytime I spoke to them. I recommend them 100%. Great prices on the apartments as well!
