Everyone from the Valet Parking to the Concierge and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since I have a service animal. I have not been to Monterey for quite a few years but I will definitely be staying here when I do. Beautiful hotel and close to everything. Right on Cannery Row. Five stars!
