Not worth it This place… where do I begin? Cockroaches, lizards GALORE (found a family of them in my ceiling light fixture?) and wasps, yes wasps! Water leaking into my bottom floor apartment and making an electrical socket explode :) Packages constantly being stolen, gas siphoned, my car was broken into, my boyfriend’s truck broken into and subwoofer stolen, a lot of homeless digging thru dumpsters (they never bothered me tho) but there was an instance where a man (most likely tweaking) decided to rip out the bushes in fron... read more
Verified Renter I have loved living here. It's quiet, safe, and the neighborhood itself is gorgeous. It's minutes from White Rock Lake and Lower Greenville, and just a short drive to Deep Ellum/Downtown. Close enough to be part of anything going on, but far enough to be quiet and safe. The staff is excellent and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues.
