Monterey Pines Is Lovely! We call our apartment our tree house... we live in an enchanted forest with beautiful grounds... staff is not just friendly, but kind. We enjoy a year-round heated pool in the sunbelt of Monterey. Don't fall for it. Check the yelp reviews, they are more accurate to this place. It is expensive and the office staff don't hold regular office hours (even the day before rent is due.)
