The sweetest kindest manager is James that makes sure you are very comfortable with your apartment and is very helpful. Can't wait to move here
I lived at Monterey Pines for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Super peaceful and clean. Neighbors mainly kept to themselves, but they were friendly otherwise. Any issues I had to take up with management, James was on it immediately and was resolved well. As a solo woman, I felt very safe in the complex and the area itself. Only damper were the laundry machines-they were often out of order, but given all the positives of the place, that wasn't really a big deal to me personally. I miss living at this place.
When I moved in I heard strange noises coming in through the vents . Someone was breathing hard every nite, it continued for months before I told the manager, when I told him it never happened again. My apt flooded 2 times I had renters insurance, did not fix anything that was ruined , I had my truck stolen 2 times, 2 nd times I lost my truck completely, absolutely no security, I moved out right away and their trying to charge me for leaving early I was there 5 years, it’s a completely disfunctional place. Horrible
Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the office I’ve been calling and it goes straight to voicemail
