Worst experience, crappy customer service and outdated rooms, other than that, amazing place. Let's start with the wall heater that makes knocking noises through out the night, if the crappy bed was not enough to ruin your sleep, try dealing with the knock, knock knock from the wall heater every 10mins or so. Wake up from a crappy sleep and need to shower, but no hot water! Checked in March 28 booking 2 rooms for a 1 night stay. The check-in process was great. Went to check out the next morning and the female clerk asked if I had dogs. I told her yes I had 2 but they are 4lb teacup schnauzers and stayed in a portable create the whole time in the room. Her attitude turned nasty and said they would be charging my credit card $80 for the pet charge. She tried to get me to sign some pet policy that I was never told about. The room had a fireplace and a kitchenette. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. Great location. Drive in front of the front of the office is torn up and being replaced, so parking was tricky.
It was a good room for a night stay and better than any Holiday Inn Express and most hotels in the area. I would stay again.
