While they are attempting to make this more attractive, its not They're are children who run around unsupervised at night daily. There are people who do 6 loads of laundry at once, taking up every washing machine. There are cigarette smokers, pot smokers. People here look like they survive on section 8,and thats being nice. The office sends a minimum of 2 emails a day, sometimes 5. There's 0 privacy. They come up with new ways daily to come inside.
