Omg! What an experience! Pam rathbone was never available. She told me I'm at heavens door after my blood test but didn't explain anything after my next blood test, 3 months later. She was MIA and in another country. Dealing with a loss. While she's gone, I couldn't get any info from from her assistant regarding my tests. The assistants egnored me. Pamela rathbone came back 3 months later and sent me a nasty message about me treating her assistants bad.
I have been with this office for a long time and have seen all three Doctors many times , they are all very personal and care about there patients. The only problem I've ever had with this office is when I call. It's always a recording and than you transfer over to who you want to speak to it's another recording. The doctors are so personal with all there patients but the nurses not so much, they need to take the time to answer the phone instead of always just letting it go to voice mail.
