I think Pam Rathbone is a wonderful person and provider who always listens and searches for solutions to problems. She is extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend her. I have also had excellent service recently from her staff. I did have problems with the staff in the past, when she was at another location and when she first moved to this clinic. While I loved Pamela Rathbone, and at one time even recommended her to friends, I will never do so again. She is too difficult to make an appointment with and even more difficult to communicate with. The feedback I received from her constantly changing assistants was as if none of my messages had ever been properly communicated to Pam. She , over time, became a huge disappointment and I was forced to seek another medical doctor which fortunately I eventually found.

Worst doctor office around.. problem starts with the moron at the front desk(jules), what a waste of space this one is.. Rude and doesn't understand that without the customer she has no job.. they never return calls.. good luck getting an appt. Doctor works what... 2days.. Really??? Don't waste your time with these jokes!

If you have a question about your bill don't expect a call back! The doctors are really nice. I"m sad because I thought I had found a place where I could come with my family for a long time but I gess my time and money spent there to find a family doctor was wasted.

Is becoming just another medical clinic that is too crowded and spreads their time too thin. The time between possible appts is 30 days + and when you are miserable that just isn't acceptable. Problem is finding a new doctor that will give you the same treatments they provide.

I wouldn't see anyone else! – I have seen Pam Rathbone, RN for women's health for 12 years. I have followed her to 3 locations. Even with my demanding work and personal schedule, I travel from Beaverton to Clackamas for appointments. Why am I so loyal? Her ability to connect and listen is uncanny. When I had chronic pain she listened intently and helped in every way she could. When I see her she is totally focused on me, gives sound advice, has compassion, and doesn't forget details. Great Nurse Pratitioner – I love Pam Rathbone. She is the first and only medical provider who has really listened to my problems and concerns. Then, she has taken great efforts to pinpoint the solution. Thank you, Pam!
