Better and more frequent communications.
As both a previous employee and client and regular member of the public needing help from them, I can confirm their public service is poor. Clients, project applicants people who file health complaints/“whistleblowers” are mistreated, neglected, and slandered by their staff and management. Director is prejudiced. County Counsel has shielded them from countless lawsuits by preventing court trials that would go public.

El día de hoy, está el programa de vacunación gratuita en las instalaciones del departamento de salud del condado, y nadie sabe nada, las personas a quien pregunte no saben del evento, incluso una de ellas al parecer es SUPERVISORA del departamento. Que mala cosa, y falta de serenidad en estos programas.
I went to get a Vaccine that I need at 1pm today. There was no one when I got there and then patients started to show up and everyone else got called in. To top it off the girl didn’t even know the vaccine schedule or how many doses I need. Second they had me waiting for a hr in the waiting area and come to find out it was going to be another he until I got my vaccine. I don’t recommend this clinic!!!!!! @lauerlfamilypraticeclinic
