I recently got my braces at mbo in the Salinas office and I had a great experience! Everyone is so welcoming including the treatment coordinator Gina and I specifically had Dr. C, Kimberly, and Allyza for my first official appointment. They were extremely kind, professional, and funny which made me feel less nervous. I would definitely recommend getting your braces at mbo! I can’t wait to see them transform my smile :)
After four family members getting braces (2 invisalign and 2 traditional) we were shocked that we told we would have to pay over $800 to fix a broken permanent bottom cemented retainer. The wire broke. I would think that it would be replaced or repaired as part of the "permanent" retainer. We and our insurance has paid them over $24,000 and they want to charge us another $800 to repair or fix it? WOW...... Customer service and standing behind work is dead these days.
