Disappointed by Front Office Experience The orthodontist and back staff at MBO Orthodontics in Salinas are truly great — kind, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, the front office experience, specifically with Alma (the receptionist), has been consistently unpleasant. On multiple occasions, she has been dismissive and rude when I’ve asked legitimate questions about costs and the “retainers for life” program. MBO had been nothing but helpful! The entire staff have the sweetest smiles and are extremely patient, considerate, and gentle. I am very impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service. Dr.Criswell and Jessica, and Mayra are all outstanding!! Also they are Very clean and organized.
