Pleasant staff. Nice office. Liked the dr.
Care has been good. Dr Fiorenza is personable, thorough and listens. The aggravating part is the phone. Always put on hold, usually have to leave a message AND 24-48 callback, ridiculous! HIRE more receptionists! You make more than enough money. Appointments are also backed up. Really shouldn't have to wait over a month to see a doctor. Care at Palo Alto Medical Foundation was excellent but they don't take my current insurance or I'd go back!

When I got Ulcerative Colitis they set me up with a NP rather than a real doctor. Rather than taking the time and giving me advice on how to deal with my illness, Silvia just brushed it off and insisted I take $500 pills the rest of my life that were giving me side effects and were actually making me worse. If she studied this stuff why not just do your job and give me advice while im there? Dr. Mendoza is excellent. He takes time to listen and is interested in the whole person. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
