Jeffery Fiorenza and his PA are totally horrible at keeping track, communicating, and addressing my issues. First its my diet when it's been the same, then its in my head. BUT WHEN I MENTION MY WOUND THAT IS CAUSING MY ANUS TO CLOSE SUPER TIGHT THAN USUAL APPARENTLY ITS NORMAL!! They told me to go elsewhere like Dermatology. Now its been almost 1 year since my appointment and I have to wait till June for my next appointment. I recently had a colonoscopy that was performed by Dr. David Parsons. My review is a testament to the expert care that I received from both Dr. Parsons and his staff. I had no problem communicating with them. I found Dr. Parsons very approachable. I was somewhat nervous about the procedure as I'm 70 now. I had a few questions to ask and Dr. Parsons answered them. Care has been good. Dr Fiorenza is personable, thorough and listens. The aggravating part is the phone. Always put on hold, usually have to leave a message AND 24-48 callback, ridiculous! HIRE more receptionists! You make more than enough money. Appointments are also backed up. Really shouldn't have to wait over a month to see a doctor. Care at Palo Alto Medical Foundation was excellent but they don't take my current insurance or I'd go back!
