Ask your doctor to refer you anywhere else rather than here. They don't return voicemails, they don't answer the phone. They are constantly losing my insurance info ( it can't be that hard, that's quite literally their job). I have been waiting to recieve a procedure from them for about a year now. A YEAR. It would almost be laughable if it wasn't actually sad that people cannot recieve the level of treatment that need from this so called medical provider.

Don't ever be referred here! My doctors office had to send my referral 3 times, the first time they said they never got it, the second time they told me it was on the doctor desk for review and they would give me a call. I waited months, kept calling only to be told it was on the doctor desk, my last phone call I was told they never received it. My doctor sent it back again, and again I have been waiting about two months for a call back, today I called and I was told that my doctors name was not found and I need to call back... read more
