We were charged 1700$ as a move out fee for this apartment in the name of carpet replacement, paint, repairs etc. The management does not answer our phone calls to inquire about the fees. You won’t be getting any deposits back. They will give you just 15 days deadline to pay the penalty. My suggestion is to avoid this apartment.

I lived in this old apartment complex for over two years, and it was tough. The building is so old that you can hear every single step your upstairs neighbors take. I complained to the leasing office about the noise, but they didn't do anything, and my neighbors got even more unfriendly, even threatening me. When I moved out I cleaned the place, zero damages and returned it just as it was given to me when i first moved in, but they still kept my $250 deposit and even charged me an extra $206.
