Not only could they not get my soup (shouldn't that be simple?!) correct, they did nothing to fix the issue. I sent my food back & they didn't care to do anything to satisfy a regular customer. This was my favorite Mexican restaurant for years, but I won't be returning due to incompetency & poor customer service. Not to mention that our server seemed annoyed to be there from the get go and didn't care whatsoever about my issue. (On top of her horrible attitude! As a restaurant owner, I would never hire her.)

We love Monterrey! Our family has been visiting since our son was in a baby carrier! He is now 20, and we still go quite often. Wonderful Mexican food, great atmosphere, and the wait staff is awesome! We love Jorge, the manager, too....he does a great job and knows most of the customers by name! :)
Love this place, been coming for over 14 years. Awesome food, great drinks, amd absolute lovely people
