We are so grateful and blessed for Jay Montenegro and team for their hard work and professional attitude. They highlighted the potential of the property to attract the right buyer. We strongly recommend them to anyone selling a home!
The Montenegro Group has been amazing for us. Jay and his entire team are a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, and responsive. This property management team has my highest recommendation. As an owner myself for other properties, being a tenant to this team is something I will take with me when renting my properties with other teams. Thank you to the Montenegro Group for working with us and making our experience seamless and easy.
We just arrived in the U.S. with absolutely no credit history and thought renting would be nearly impossible. Jay secured this rental for us, got the lease signed before our trip, and even arranged early move‑in with a rent‑free period. His communication was clear and efficient, and he patiently answered all our questions in Chinese, which made us feel so much more at ease. Thank you, Jay, for helping us find our very first home in America! Highly recommended – five stars!
Jay is an amazing realtor and shows he loves what he does! Knowledgable, professional and cares. I am already looking forward to our next deal!
Jay and his entire team were nothing but the best! From start to finish communication was fast, everyone was so friendly, and they helped us get into our beautiful rental smooth and made everything seamless. Amazing god fearing group of people and look to work with them in the future!
