I currently live at Montejo Apts. I have caught the maintenance man Adrian trapping cats with a in humane trap. The poor cat was in the trap in the sun for hours. No water or food. I released the cat and destroyed the trap. It is illegal to trap cats in GARDEN GROVE, CA unless you have a permit from animal control. When I confronted Adrian he got very angry and abusive towards me because I destroyed his trap. He threaten to beat me up if I do it again.
