St. Anton Multifamily company are slum lords. They raise rent prices during the leasing process and continue to raise the rent monthly after you have moved in. They have doubled the cost of laundry even though half of the machines don’t work most of the time and the laundry card loader has been broken over 2 weeks with no eta on repairs.
