They add mandatory "services" so they can up rent. Refused to replace broken appliances. Put tow stickers on registered cars. Broken pool area hasn't been fixed for a year and a half. Loses your packages and the "upgraded" apartments are cardboard with new paint. Office staff is rude, etc etc... At least it looks nice.
