First time using Montefusco, a tech came out to check out my A/C unit, he was there maybe 20 minutes and tried to charge me $260. I reminded him I was aware of the $140/ hr labor rate and I understood the $50 travel fee as I live further. He then knocked it down to $190. I was not given a receipt nor did I sign anything.
