First time using Montefusco, a tech came out to check out my A/C unit, he was there maybe 20 minutes and tried to charge me $260. I reminded him I was aware of the $140/ hr labor rate and I understood the $50 travel fee as I live further. He then knocked it down to $190. I was not given a receipt nor did I sign anything. My A/C stopped working yesterday evening, and after a quick call this morning, they were able to send a technician out today and had me back up and running by noon. Great, affordable service from a local company focused on the customer.
They were fast on service. Extremely pricey with service. Way more than it should’ve been. My mother in law called for a broken spigot outside, and $1000 later, only a couple pipes, and spigot added, it was finished. Will never call again. As you can see, there was literally 2 small straight pvc pipes, 2 elbows, a copper tube and spigot. I get it’s a small time business, but wow. $1000 for that???? Spigot is crooked. And even the left screw isn’t even in all the way. Will NEVER call again. And word of mouth is best advertise... read more
Wow!!!!! Not sure what to say! the worse experience ever! i called for a service call and they came out to my address. They gave me a verbal estimate, but the problem is that I never got the emailed. Estimate that I asked for so the next day. I decided to call the office and we just found out that it was an error in the email. I get off the phone with the office lady. And this other guy, from that company calls me a miserable person, because I call the office and ask for an email after being charged $250. Do not do business ... read more
