So I write this at the conclusion of a horrific weekend with my home warranty ins comoany, American Home Shield. If it had not been that for the ANGEL that is Lisa from Montefusco Heating ... I would not have heat this weekend. I have two furnaces in my house and both of them died, for different reasons, but they were both out. Great service! I submitted a request on their website after hours and received a call very quickly after. Within an hour a tech was dispatched and at my house. Heyden was polite, quickly fixed the issue and explained everything and answered all of my questions.
I was very pleased with the my first-time experience with Montefusco. I truly appreciated the technician (Nick) coming out to my rental house in a very timely manner to work on the furnace. He also texted me an hour before his arrival time which gave me time to contact my renter. Thank you for the great service.
