I placed a service request back in February. I believe it was. They did come out. They looked at the house. They determined that work needed to be done on the vents. They said they would give me an estimate for the repair work and they billed me $162 immediately for the service call. I waited 2 months and followed up numerous times and never received the estimate. I finally got a hold of the owner and told her I would like my money back at this time.
