Unsafe conditions used to test vehicles. I mean on a level I wouldn't see even in a 3rd world country, let alone the good ol U.S. Of A. I highly doubt anyone there has proportion automotive diag or performance training. The Darwin effect will have this shop in the news one day.
Backwoods dyno testing. Not smart. No load on the front wheels can not be good on the center diff.
Shop doesn't know how AWD works. Avoid at all costs!
I can't believe the video I saw you post, as if you were proud of what your shop did... that's ridiculous. 100% never do that ever again.
