I had a great first experience today. Very kind and professional staff.
Best dental office! I have been in the dental field for over 25 years and have had the best care and experience with Dr Shepard and his team! Their hygienist, Crystal, is always so gentle and completely thorough! The front office is easy to work with and are always wearing a smile when I walk through the door. Thanks Dr Shepard for my excellent care!
First time patient, this was the best dental experience I've had in my lifetime. Crystal, Cindy, and Dr. Baer were all extremely friendly and professional and the office was very nice. Highly recommend!
Was seen today for an initial new patient visit. Only area of improvement would be around scheduling. There was an issue verifying my insurance over the phone. I completed my paperwork online. A way to upload my insurance card would have assisted them likely. Today I texted a copy of my card to Cindy, the insurance verification specialist in the office.
