Location! Location! Location!.... A hidden oasis,shhh! Enjoy a quiet and serene 70's layout of apartments, well maintained and managed well. I would say even with the massive increase of population in Pandemic years it has remained very peaceful. Only slight bummer would be,Folsom-Auburn Road...Speedway now! Used to hear nothing much,not so much anymore?? Love Montecito overall...it's one of the last small cottage/Apartment properties. I'm very fortunate! And a "Happy camper"!
Cute little housing complex nestled back off the main road, yet very close to both Oak Ave as well as Auburn Folsom road, restaurants, and transportation. Beautiful and peaceful location.
