The Assistant Property Manager Crystal has been great help! I was having issues regarding my A/C causing it to spike my bill tremendously and she was quick to help. I really appreciate her for her urgency and patience. As a resident it feels good to know there are people here to help.
I have been living at Montecito for almost a year, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment community. Our toilet has been clogged for about a month and a half, and maintenance has still not fixed it. We have submitted maintenance requests multiple times through the website, and I have also gone to the leasing office in person several times to explain the issue. I recently moved in and so far my experience has been good. The new management seems to be making improvements, which is reassuring. The place is calm and has potential. There are still a few things that could be better, but overall I’m satisfied and looking forward to seeing more progress.
My dryer hasn't worked for one month now. Instead of fixing it they gave me the keys to another unit to dry my stuff. They also gave the key to OTHER people who touched my clothes and threw them everywhere. I CAN'T believe they have multiple ppl sharing one dryer. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm a the laundromat when we pay for in unit laundry and dryer. If you have any major issues maintenance won't come for at least a month. It's really embarrassing on their part that they can't do simple things.
