This complex has an intense german roach issue and the management isn’t responsive nor willing to help. I lived at this complex for a year, renewed for a second year, and started seeing a few roaches in May. I began submitting maintenance requests, communicating with the office, and they kept promising to resolve the issue. Nothing gets done. I have emailed them over 5 times and gotten zero reply. I want to say when we moved this was one of the best bargains for space and location. Other apartments were either over priced or too small but Montecito checked all boxes. Moving into the inner city I was already keen to the roach problem in Houston lol. We did our due diligence and bombed the place before moving in. After being here for a couple months roaches started to appear more and more frequently. At first it was once every couple days to a week.
