Horrible reception ppl. Rude and disrespectful. Completely unprofessional for a caring environment. Find new employment, you are burnt out.
We are so fortunate to have Dr. Michael move to Canada and set up practice here. He is so kind, caring and an excellent Physician. We are so thankful to have him as our Family Doctor! I will also add that Lisa and Pam are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service being the first contact in the office. Thanks so much to both of you for your professionalism and kindness.
My first family doctor in Nova Scotia, after moving from AB in 2021. UPDATE: I have been struggling from mental illness as they say in AB. I had been to lots of doctors, been to ER too many times. There had been a time in AB that nurses would just annoyingly judge me. Never smoke, did drugs or any other vices.
