I have had excellent service at Monte Vista Hospital. I have been taking my dogs there for at least 10 yrs. Dr Santos has always been great. When I bring my dogs in the receptionist is always exceptional and gives my Toby hugs and treats.
My boxer puppy had a large foxtail up his nose last night and being in Los Banos there isn’t a vet that is open late. Called ahead of time and the person answering my call was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment at 7pm. When we arrived as crowded as it was we were seen fairly quickly, but waiting in a room took a bit long. Dr. Santos was very quick and informative and was able to get Duncan into surgery to remove the foxtail. I’m defiantly coming back here with my dog any time.
Recommendedsuper friendly staff that all obviously love their jobs, starting my pup Polly off here with shots and chip and she loves going here

I recently changed vets after terrible service at my prior one. I signed up with Monte vista last month but had not came in until today. We did not have an appointment. Went for doggie nail trim Time from check in to out the door 10 minutes!!!!! Place was packed and staff working very hard and clients all seemed happy with service. My last vet required appointment for nail trim and it still always took an hour. So glad we changed

Great Dr's... ALWAYS ready to help... They have been amazing with my Hank the Hippo...
