All of my fur babies came here for spay/neutering. Not one had problems after and healed well. Barely a scar. I recommend highly to everyone.

Took my puppy there today because he wasn’t eating, throwing up and had poop that was runny that looked like blood. They ran a parvo test, came back negative, so i asked if they could do a blood draw and she said “No, there’s no reason to do that, the dog is healthy” she made a “care plan” suggested i keep him over night or he can go home and i can treat him at home for an “infection” via antibiotics and they’d give him fluids before i left. Everyone here was so helpful, professional, and loving toward my Chevy. I brought my pitbull in with a double ear infection and they treated him so well. They offered a treatment that should clear it up fairly quickly and definitely simply on my end, instead of antibiotics 4 times a day and steroids three times a day like his other vet would do they packed his ears with antibiotic ointment and cleaner. He's already feeling better and I am so grateful.
I love coming here! They are always so welcoming towards me and my dog Copper. I’ve been taking him since he’s gotten his puppy plan and Tessa at the front always greets him by name and shows him so much love. I 100% trust them with my baby and they have a texting line so I can get updates on Copper while he’s in surgery. Thank you Monte Vista Small Animal vet. You’re the best!

Too expensive
I love my vets there. I usually see Dr. Lee. She listens and is knowledgeable. I also love Dr. Santos. He just removed a mass from my dog and flushed his ear. He's caring and personable as well as knowledgeable. The staff are always busy and I think that is why they seem aloof to some people. I believe they don't want to turn anyone away and will try and get you in if at all possible, therefore the office is almost always standing room only.
