After moving to Seaside, I was happy to find this dentist so close to my house. But I can not do business with people who overcharge and refuse to discuss a billing matter. After having my teeth cleaned the staff member said there was a strange spot that she can't figure out what it was and would like the doctor to look at it. I went to Monte L. Baumgartner for the first time the other day and I have to say, it was so easy to schedule an appointment and get into the office.
I love everything about this Monte L. Baumgartner's office. I'm realatively handicapped so access is very important to me. He had a ramp there before I even started to go so it's easily accessible and the people are wonderful.
Such an awesome Dentist. I'm always worried about the speed of the check in/out process because I'm always running around. They always get me in and out quickly.
I have super sensitive teeth so I'm sure you can imagine, but I get nervous before appointments. The hygienist and doctor remember before I even have to say anything. I truly appreciate the care that I get here.
I'm pretty busy, so I like that I can come in for my appointment and get seen almost immediately.
I have been a patient for over 16 years. Our children love to go there because they make you feel so comfortable.
