I’ve lived here for three months and they still haven’t given me a mailbox key. It’s unbelievable. I’ve probably missed important mail because of this, and the keys they gave me before didn’t even work. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
Good luck finding the one and only exit gate at night time be prepared to use a quarter of tank of gas to find it
We had such an amazing experience at The Estates at Avenstar Apartments! The management team invited The Cake Pop Wagon to serve the residents, and they were incredibly welcoming and supportive from start to finish. The residents were so kind, friendly, and excited to support our small business. Thanks to everyone, we sold out of several of our desserts!
