I found the doctor to be skilled and proficient. He performed my procedure competently, quickly, and with a minimum of discomfort. I would have no hesitation using his service again if the need arose, and I would recommend his practice to anyone. I did not find his staff to be rude, in fact they showed integrity in resolving a billing error I might have overlooked.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I showed up on time for both my consultation and my surgical appointment, and was made to wait an hour past my appointment time for the consultation and 30 minutes after the sugery appointment time. i expressed dissatisfaction to the front desk receptionist and the nurse, neither of whom demonstrated any remorse, empathy or embarrassment at habitually running late.
