The staff is nice and professional, but the business keeps expanding to the point they can't service everyone in a timely manner. Be prepared to wait hours. I waited 1 hour past my appointment time for a mammogram. This is the norm. I asked for copies of my films, made an appointment to pick them up and then waited 2.5 hours because they hadn't even started copying them yet. I suggest a smaller practice, or one with more employees to handle clients in a more timely manner.
I had to get an MRI and was referred to Montclair Radiology. The late night hours were accommodating and the service was great
I went for my first breast biopsy on Tuesday. As reccomended, I saw doctor Shah. Both her and Donna made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was really nervous. Donna held my hand and they both talked me through it the entire time. As a patient, these things can be really scary. I am extremely grateful to have had such kind and caring people . they really made me feel like I had nothing to be afraid of. Thank you for being so wonderful! I would recommend them to everyone! 5 stars!!
Just went to the Verona office today Barbara took care of me. She is great and pretty.
I get all my tests done here. They are on point! I trust them with my life!
I would have rated 5 stars were it not for the snotty receptionist I encountered during my last mammogram. Aside from her the staff is pleasant and efficient. They were also very good with my son taking ex-rays.
