Great people, I’ve been there pre and post COVID, and they’ve been really nice, no long wait, clean. Good mobile check in and such. I always ask to go here, even tho it’s not the nearest
Their online portal is currently down, and has been for days, with no ETA for repair. Despite that fact, they still refuse to provide any results by phone or email - mail or fax only. God forbid they accommodate or have an ounce of sympathy for people who are waiting to find out if they have a serious condition who are being forced to either wait for days for results by mail or come in during a pandemic for a hard copy, because they can’t fix their portal in a timely manner and refuse to enter the 21st century with any alter... read more

Very clean, staff was very professional
Visited West Caldwell today because my son needed an ultrasound. He was giving us such a hard time. I am thankful for Melissa who came in and helped get him to corporate. He was given myself and the first tech such a hard time. Melissa was wonderful with him and was able to complete the ultrasound and even got him laughing. This stressed Mama can't thank her enough for saving my day.
