I had a tour today with Esmeralda very professional, polite, and beautiful 1 bedroom which it will help me and my husband and it's very highly recommended very clean apartment and was nice and spaces beautifully pool and grate amenities.
I’m glad that got rid of shulundra that lady is a trip!!! She didn’t care about the tenants!!! Hopefully they get a property manager who actually cares and who can get things done
They just found a dead body in the pool and they changed mangers again like what is going on. I will be moving when my lease is up!
Roaches everywhere. I temped at this property and the infestation is serious, they are in units, hallways, and common areas. Units often weren’t ready for move-in and resident complaints were brushed off by Shalundra. Management’s priority is leasing quickly, not resident care.
