I can’t say enough good things about The Harlowe and especially Ms. Shalandra, who made my experience incredibly smooth from start to finish. Her professional manner and calm, welcoming presence made me feel at ease right away.

These apartment or trash, the plumbing issues, consistent problem roaches everything about these apartments, unpleasant elevators don’t work Constant problems one after the other I’m calling the city of Garland code compliance to see if they can come inspect these apartments because at this point, it’s a plumbing issue. They need to be shut down to be honest.It’s time for somebody to come and inspect these apartments because it shouldn’t be the same issues I would never recommend anybody move here.
