I've had a positive experience working with this apartment community. The management here is professional, responsive, and committed to supporting residents. Communication is handled promptly, and the staff works collaboratively with service providers to address resident's needs.

I’ve been staying at the Harlow for a little over 2 years now and I think this new management is doing great. I’ve been mostly communicated with Mary recently and she’s been following up with any complaints, problems, and concerns I’ve had faster than previous management. She helps sort out any issue within a timely manner. Her customer service is so welcoming and friendly unlike previous run-ins I’ve had with other management.

I had a scheduled tour with Mary and it was wonderful! She was super friendly, informative, and detailed. She helped me pick a floor plan that catered to all my needs and within my budget! Overall, I think I will totally be renting at the Harlowe because of Mary!!

The owners of the complex will not fix any of your appliances or get rid of the roaches , the bugs that come in the ceiling that leaks and the tubs, you have the roaches, leaving your house more than anything. There's so many of them that you can't do food out. I've been here since March of 2026. And I have nothing but problems. They moved me into apartment that wasn't done and also my bathroom tub leaks, the floor they supposed to remodel the bathroom and never came back to do it.
