workers are uneducated, waste of time went there to have a watch checked out just to be told I have to drop it and hope for an answer in 6-12 months... Might as well just go get it repaired in europe atp.

The customer service by the manager on duty, on Thursday, 8/24 in the afternoon was bad. Very unprofessional. I called seeking valuation for all three of my Montblanc writing instruments that were stolen from my car on 8/22/23. Because the instruments are more than 30 years old, the manager said, “I can’t help you find pricing. Go to our website for one of the instruments, and then go to eBay for the others.” Go to the website? Go to eBay?
