I been to other Montblanc stores before, and by far, I enjoyed my visit here. Johnathan Gould was very helpful during my visit. His customer service was superb, and he allowed me to hold one of my dream pens. I totally recommend this store!

Called up here and spoke to Lilian at MontBlanc Palazzo. From the start when I called, she gave me great directions on how to get here and from the moment I walked in, I had the greatest shopping experience I could have. Lilian was very informative and a very pleasant, what a great shopping experience. Thank you.
Received a pen as a gift a couple of years ago. Student I handed it to to sign the attendance sheet dropped the pen. Took it there to see if it could be repaired. So glad that I did. Wasn't that expensive and I have my favorite writing instrument back. Alex was just a pleasure to meet and just made everything so special. Just had such a wonderful experience with her and the company. Can't thank you enough!
