Not good at all ! Had a load on Saturday from here when I showed up no one was there and guard was surprised no one responding to his calls and decided to go inside! Surprisingly no one was there so decided to wait for Sunday time ! On Sunday i was able to get loaded for short round trip to Louisville ky ,before leaving I asked the shipper what's the good time to show up with empty racks ! Arrived at 230 for a 4am pickup no one in security office so I ran into the first shipping door. The guy took my pickup number and told me to sit in the truck and he will come out and tell me where to go. Around 3am the security guard tells me not to block the docks to pull on the curb. At 6 am another security guard bangs on my door tells me " you can't sleep here, come in here and sign or I'll make sure you don't come here again" "you was supposed to check in with security " Before I could tell her there was no one there w... read more
