Montana West deserves to be put out of business!! Shady sales, horrendous quality products. Massive levels of incompetence in their shipping department. I am reporting them to the BBB in hopes others will do the same!!! I've had the exact same experience as all of the other recent reviews so I'm not gonna beat a dead horse but anyone of sound mind will get the point to take their business elsewhere.
The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered on JUNE 13th… it is now JULY 21st and my package says the shipping label was creaked July 1st and there has been zero updates and I am still unable to get an updated tracking number from said “reship” on this product. This website is an absolute scam and not the real Montana West. This is horrible customer service and somehow only offers exchange or store credit… I would never buy from this website again I want my money back to receive an actual product??
Made a complaint on quality of a purse I purchased. The entire strap broke off, where it was sewn on. They were absolutely no help. Telling me to reach out to the store. It’s not a store issue it’s a manufacturing issue. As you can see below the whole area to attach a strap just came completely off. Don’t buy their purses. They don’t stand behind quality and they expect you to return to store with receipt on a purchase you thought was safe to toss the receipt after 2 months of light use. This company is incredibly inefficient and misleading. My item sat with a shipping label created for 10 days before they even shipped it. Then, when it arrived too late for my trip and outside of their guaranteed window of 5-10 days, they continued to argue with me and deny my return, despite clear screen shots and date stamps of the tracking history. This is NOT the authentic Montana West website...do NOT purchase from them. You will regret it.
I love every set I've ordered! Ive never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!
