Svetlana is fabulous! – I have been going to Svetlana for the past 12 years... she does incredible work and is a reputable business owner. Her staff is extremely friendly & attentive. I highly recommend Montana Salon & Day Spa!
Stay away till Svetlana is gone. – Tried several times (first as an customer, then as an applicant) to get a hold of the manager, "SVETLANA" seveal times. She not only did not return my calls, but she kept me waiting in the lobby for 15 or so minutes, only to have her tell another employee that she is "busy" As long as she is there,I will never go nor recomend it.
Dirtiest salon in Denver – Wow! what a shock I was in for when I arrived at Montana Salon. It was so dirty I almost walked out immediately. Upon entering there were leaves all over the front area, clumps of hair EVERYWHERE on the floors! Yuck. I know it's a hair salon but come on don't these people sweep up or vacuum? Michael and Emily are AMAZING – I am from California and have lived in Denver for 2 years. I have gone back to Cali to get my hair done but its a LONG commute!! I have tried 2 other places and had horrible hair cuts and color. Today I went to see Emily and Michael.......They are absolutely AMAZING! I am very picky about my hair and they both listened and explained what they thought would be best. Their service was superb and everyone was very friendly. LOW ON SERVICE AND TIMELINESS – Expect to wait when you call to make an appointment. Then expect to wait again when you get there. I just waited 40 minutes and this isn't the first time this has happened! I've been a client for almost 3 years, but I'm sick of waiting...maybe they think people have more time than they really do...hopefully there are some good recommendations on this site.
Best Salon and Day Spa – I've been going to Montana Salon and Day Spa for over a year now and am very happy with all of the services. The day spa is incredible; facials are thorough and the facialists are knowledgable. My skin has never looked better. The colorists at the salon are excellant as well. My hair is difficult to color and fades quickly but the colorists deal with it well. My hair has never looked better or been shinier. I will continue to go to Montana salon for years.
Great Service – I agree with the person below, I love the fact that this is a specialized salon. I don't usually post reviews but just got back to the office after a trip to Montana Salon and WOW. The services and level of professionalism were outstanding. I really wasn't sure what I wanted and my stylist, Katie, really helped me achieve a new, refreshed look. Carissa did my color and really listened to me, she was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I really recommend this place
Best Hair Color and Day Spa – This was my second time going to Montana Salon and I couldn't be happier. I have been getting my hair colored for years but have never been fully satisfied. My color turned out beautifully and I've been getting many compliments. The day spa is great as well. I had a facial and brow wax...my sister had a massage and it was phenomenal. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. Skin is still glowing! I will continue to go to Montana Salon!
Always will be a client of this salon! – I have been a client at Montana for over eight years and about a year ago I moved away from Denver for my job. One of the hardest things about the move that I didn't grasp at the time was finding a new salon.
