I'm a KW owner also, & this is the 2nd time I've brought my truck to a Peterbilt dealership for service, instead of a KW dealership. I explained that I was trying to sell the truck & didn't want to put much money in it, but wanted it to be safe & legal. They got the work done for less than the amount I had budgeted. What an awesome dealership and shop! I have a 2016 W900 and needed a u joint replaced so as a loyal to the "BRAND" customer I called Kenworth for help. What a joke!!!! They said they couldn't get me in until Monday possibly Tuesday. I have tried to use them several times in the past with no luck.
