The service was slow and unattentive. Food was slow getting to the table and when it arrived, it was cold. I had to send the stone cold French fries back. I was finished with my hamburger when hot ones arrived. My father's steak was tough and not cooked the way he ordered it, not to mention overpriced.

I will NEVER be back, shortly after our departure from restaurant, and making it back to the hotel. Was an experience I hope to never go through again, spent the rest of the evening in the restroom with diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps that is still plaguing me currently 24 hrs later even. So you might say my valentines evening was a wash out! Thank you so much Montana mikes for the food poisoning. :(. I'll not be back
Order was wrong steak wasn't cooked to the way they say it should be. Waitress only came once to take our order, and the manager that we complained to has no business being a manager.

We loved this place!!! Best place to get a good steak while in Branson,MO. Service was amazing and staff was friendly.
We ate there on a Saturday night. Service was quick & friendly. Their baked potato & salad & roll were great. BUT, we paid big price for steaks & they were both HORRIBLE & GROSS! We asked for medium well......they were so overdone & dry.....way beyond "well" even. One of them was partially burned! We love eating steaks & have eaten them all over the country so we know a good steak when we eat it!
