Horrible! I am not one to complain but after finding a dead fly in a salad, getting the wrong order, raw steak that was ordered well done, wrong potato, and missing items from our order we asked for the bill to be adjusted. They tried convincing me that the sides where compensated with the $3.75 coupon I had brought for a half order of onion rings. We had ridiculous services and sat for over 30 minutes before our orders were even taken. Never again will we waste our time and money at this place.
My husband and I went here because I had loved it 5 years before. We got seated right away and waited on right away. The waiter was conscientious without hovering. The food was extremely good...as I remembered from my previous visit. My ribeye was delicious but the sauteed mushrooms and fresh salad made the meal. Absolutely no complaints!

Not as good as it once was. Steak was a little small and tough, and they only give you a tiny roll. Used to be bigger and better rib eye, and a huge roll or two little ones. The price went up to $21:00 for the steak alone, and $6 something for a beer, which made the experience worse. Not planning on going back. Harter House here I come.
Great service and food. Will go back again. Can't wait.

Pretty good food. I had the small prime rib and wife had the small sirloin. All were excellent. Baked potato could have been hotter. Still would go back.

Not the best steak house in Branson, very disappointed. Order wrong, not allowed to substitute. Very over priced. Do not recommend.
